The Kentucky coffeetree is a fast-growing tree with an open and airy crown. It is resistant to drought and thrives in many soil conditions. Each of the Kentucky coffeetree’s large leaves are made up of dozens of small leaflets, all turning a soft yellow in the fall. The Tree Montgomery program plants coffeetrees in varieties with and without seeds.
